Every day millions and millions of people are out on the golf course or driving range. Billions of billions of golf balls are being hit. But almost all of these golfers who are out playing or practicing, are working on the wrong part of their game.
Almost all golfers are worried way to much about hitting the ball straight. Which is almost impossible to do with in the beginning. Hitting a circular ball straight, is pretty much impossible. What we want to be doing is putting a little bit of sideways spin on it. So we would be hitting a slight draw, or a slight fade. But we are not going to be focusing on that here and now.
What I want to focus on is the part of the game that is the most ignored. The part of the game where the most of our wasted shots come from. The part of the game that seems so simple that we need not practice it. This is the short game. Yes the short game. This part of the game seems so simple, yet is the hardest part of golf. How though?
Well this is what I will be going through on this website. Putting, pitching, chipping, bunker shots, and the mental game.
I will be giving you the best tips and techniques so you can develop a rock solid short game. This will allow you to cut your handicap to single digits if you are willing to put the work and effort and the blood and sweat into this.
Hi, my name is Caleb and I am currently an apprentice in the golf management program. I am on my way to becoming a Class A PGA Pro. In 2 more years I will be certified and have gone through all the requirements the PGA of America deems important that all Class A professionals learn.
These tips I will be giving you are all the tips I have found to work best through my years of golfing and taking lessons, my experience in giving lessons, and part of what I am studying that the PGA of America is testing me on.
This is the stuff that I have paid tens and tens of thousands of dollars on, and have learned the hard way.
Golf is a beautiful thing, and a hard thing to be good at. Not all of us have the time or funds to pay for private lessons, and I don’t believe that is right. This is information We all have a right to, and I hope this will help you in your quest to become the best golfer you can be.
